[解決]Permission denied: /var/www/hoge/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable †

なんだろーと思っていたら、

drwxr-x--- 24 aya aya   4096 2009-09-29 10:38 hoge

になっていた。なので

chmod 755 ./hoge　-R

にしてみたら直った。
